So why is it that nobody ever responds to their classified posts? I sent PM and commented on several listings but none of them responded. Is there any way to get some better communication included with the listing, like phone number?

Not everyone feels comfortable listing their number on a public forum. There is email that people can list, which most do, but even then there is a chance of getting spammed.

I think people just get busy with life and eventually get around to responding when they trip over the part they listed for sale or need the money.

Yeah maybe second thoughts or a buyer offers too low of a price(ex. low balling),in which the seller just doesn't bother to reply.

Also, some kid just left their MacBook next to me and left.
