    The link I was sent, and this was the first I had seen of it, was the new CO2 emissions potential scandal and relating to 09-14 models, different emissions issue affecting gasoline engines.

    Will keep an eye out for more news or whether the info was bogus.

    Appears a class action has already been filed for Audi 3.0 with auto transmissions gasoline models, filed yesterday.

    Hope its not true on the gasoline engine. Thats going to be an even more expensive buy back than the diesels.

    I guess time will tell, the reports seem to be ramping up on mutiple news sites, and with 100,000 owners already on class action, a second claim was filed yesterday.

    Their does seem to be some confusion (assuming it is an issue which it may well not be) about which years are affected, but does seem to relate to 3.0 with AL 551 automatic transmission.

    This is just California (CARB) trying a money grab. The information from them is so vague as to not warrant concern.

    I'm keeping an open mind, it could be scaremongering or it could be part of the ongoing VW/Audi saga.

    We need more clarity and information and then we'll know where we stand. IMHO
