issues with my power folding mirrors

Hello, I have an 02 3.0 a4 and it cam with the factory power folding mirrors when you rotate the switch. The problem is, when I rotate the switch, I hear the motors moving but the mirrors wont move. Could it be jammed or something? Also I cant set any of my power memory seats

Suggest removing the mirror glass and looking at the state of the mirror housing pivot points.

What's the symptom with the seats - is it that you can't save the settings or that you can't adjust the seats at all?

I can move the seats just the memory wont register. Maybe I just don't know how to use them? and no I have not done all that with my mirrors
