2015 Bolt pattern

Hey Guys,

I am back and forth on this question and I tried searching on here and Audiworld and google and I cant get a clear answer what is my bolt pattern and center hub measurements. Im trying to decide on Spacers and Im not sure what to get now. I really liked the 22mm for the front and 30mm for the rear H&R black ones on eBay and you dont have to get extended bolts. Im seeing bolt patterns either 5x130 or 5x112 and either 66.5 or 70 something.

My car is a 2015 Q7 Prestige S-Line with the V12 TDI Body kit and I have the 21 inch peelers in glossy black. Pic below
