Name these LEDs?

Hey guys, my drivers footwell LED is starting to flicker after several years and I checked the connection and it is solid so I'm guessing the LED is on it's way out...I'm trying to find a replacement for it on eBay but don't even know what to enter into the search because they are weird/special flat (2x2) LEDs that look like this;



If anyone can name these LEDs or at least direct me what to enter into my search, that would be very appreciated...I've tried a 100 different searches and nothing comes up looking close to these and I'd prefer an exact physical match (not wedge looking LEDs).
