The car is very well sorted and my philosophy on mods was OEM+: improve the car, make it more responsive and fun to drive, but not sacrifice reliability or drivability. The power is truly impressive - the car is proper quick! The DSG software upgrade from HPA was game changing. Not only does the DSG respond more quickly and handle the power better, but it also alters the way each mode behaves. In Drive it will hold gears to a reasonable RPM level depending on input. Sport mode is also way better in that it's more aggressive but doesn't just hunt for the redline and try to stay there. Full Launch Control goes from 0-100km/hr in 4.2s

Is it a s3 k04 upgrade or an aftermarket kit? How much are you asking?

Sweet. I didn't realize the A3 came stock with the K04. $12000 USD? I have to look at what's involved with getting a car across the border but I am interested.
