Transmission Fluid and Spark Plugs

Hi, I have 2013 audi a4 premium plus. it has 39k miles. I bought the car at 36k. Base on my car manual, At 35k maintenance I need to change transmission fluid and spark plugs.
Just wondering when to change the transmission fluid and the spark plugs?
I heard newer car uses platinum spark plugs and should last 100k.. How true is that?

Actually had the same question for my 2014. If you read the PDF you'll note that it excludes the A4 with 8-speed ZF automatic.
