    Not always about part numbers. It has more to do with specs. If they match up, they can be interchanged. Differences between part numbers can be something as simple as a difference as cable length or connector design. The electronic specs is what will dictate if it will function or not if used on a different application. But if part numbers match, your search for the true answer was made more simple.
