    You can reuse OEM springs and retainers, it depends on your goals. These are solid exhaust valves, so they can provide some piece of mind over stock sodium filled valves.

    Hmm since the valve is solid.. wouldn't be heavier and thus needing a stiffer spring?

    gone..but; NEVER forgotten.. 00' BrilliantBlack on Black S4 (was to be built into a BEAST) circumstances will change but memories are all we got left at the end of the day..
