ed everything JHM from the ST3 BT to the tailpipe. When you mix and match parts from different manufacturers that mite have slight tolerances differentials. JHM probably uses the jig template tolerances closer to their own in house products
Yes and No. 034 mounts (motor and trans), Audiup Snub. Did help to be able to adjust from front to back though.
I will say that even with the Stasis and 034 HFC, the down pipe hung uncomfortably low and took some his on high speed bumps. Same Stasis exhaust and only swapping the 034 HFC to the JHM TP, the Stasis down pipe tucked up much like the same position with the OEM Cat leading me to believe the JHM TP truer to form than the 034 HFC was. Different companies, different jigs and tolerances.
Beyond that, we are an aging platform with fatiguable mounts and hangers that will affect the position of what it is mounting and hanging. There is always a certain amount of "fanegaling" to get things to come together. I would recommend to loosed all the mounts points (motor mounts, hangers, ssleeve joints and flanges, tuck in some spacers around the downpipe from the trans brace and then sequentially tighten up all the mounts from front to back, adjusting as needed as you tighten and I bet you will find it in a new improved position. I would never recommend grinding that trans brace as one of the other members did in another thread.
