I have a standard 2012 A7 with no Sline bumpers but it does have the Sline S7 style grill from factory so I would have to say that the Sline grill should fit your car no problem.

What do you mean by C7.5? Do you mean for example 2016 vs 2014 grille? Is there any way possible to swap a 2016 grill onto a 2014?
