Unhappy The dreaded Allroad Air Suspension problems! A little help please!

Hi all. New to the forum. So like a lot of folks that visit here I am having air suspension problems with my '04 Allroad. Replaced the front bags with Arnott Gen II's and the front didn't want to air up at all so I replaced the piston ring in the compressor due to weak air output but it brought no joy. Also, the compressor runs but times out. The air suspension light in the dash (in the main display) flashes but the rears bags seem to inflate to level 1 only. (Nothing beyond that). As an aside, I can get the car into jack mode.

Anyway I finally got the software and tools (so to speak) to read the codes and the software came up with the following:::

    8 Faults found:

    1) 00806- Suspension strut valve; Front Right (N149)
31-10 open or short to ground-intermittent

    2) 01772- Signal from level control pressure sensor (G291)
31-10 Open or short to ground-intermittent

    3) 01400- Suspension level control
    11-00 Control limit not reached

    4) 00776- Level control system sensor; Left front (G78)
    27-10 Implausible signal- Intermittent

    5) 01769- Sesonr for Vehicle leveling; Front Right (G289)
    27-00 Implausible Signal

    6) 00807- Suspension strut valve; Rear Left (N150)
31-10 Open or short to ground-intermittet

    7) 00808- Suspension Strut Valve; Rear Right (N151)
31-10 Open or short to ground-intermittet

    8) 00805 Suspension Strut valve; Left Front (N148)
31-10 Open or short to ground-intermittet

So it looks like a real mess and not sure where to start at this stage of the game. Can anyone suggest my next course of action? Any and all help is appreciated!

If that fault for the r/f level sensor is not sporadic you need to change the level sensor and clear the faults and see what comes back. You may need to jack the front up slightly to get soem of the weight off of the new bags so the compressor can fill them before overheating. As it fills you can lower the jack and it should pump up. Also if any of those valve faults comes back you need the valve block next to the compressor in the back..
