Does anyone know if it's possible to have two different individual driving modes programmed for the same car? In other words, if I program the individual setting for what I like and tie it to my key, can my wife choose different individual options and have those settings follow her key?

The individual mode settings are automatically stored and assigned to the current key. There's nothing that needs to be done. At least that's the case in my 2013 RS5 and is stated in the user manual. It also stores and assigns the current selected mode to the key, so you can leave the car in Dynamic mode for example and your wife can leave it in Comfort mode and then it will be back in the right mode based on the current key. Climate control settings should also be stored as well as seat position, but I think the latter needs to be enabled in the MMI.

Just checked the 2013 S4 owners manual and it says the same thing on page 115. So at least in the B8.5, the individual settings should be automatically assigned to the current key.

Yep. I don't use my second key often, but if I do to quickly move the car around, I have all the default settings, because I never bothered customizing anything for the second key.
