Anybody checked into doing any Mods with the VCDS? What all can be done or changed?

Specifically I was wondering if it'd would be possible in a Premium plus to manipulate the ambient contour lights into changing colors like can be done in a Prestige?

The Premium plus lights are just physically white. The Prestige lights are multi-colored. There is not an option to change it via VCDS.

They do turn red also. I have found a thread on Audi world about VCDS mods. I'm only a few pages into it but needle sweep can be enabled, seat belt chime disabled, lap timer (not needed) windows down from key fob and possibly LED wink.
I've got time to figure it out waiting on VW buyback to get my Q7.

Yes if you remove the door trims and change the LED globe to a different colour one....

Looking into buying a USB-HexCan VCDS, right now $199 for 3 vin limit. Unfortunately looks like the tail light coding can only be done through the European version? Do you guys think it's worth it for a 2017 Q7 with the changes? I'm thinking of getting it to at least clear the service lights.

You can clear the service reminder through the MMI
