I am wanting to install a backup camera on my 01 s4 but I was wondering if there is a way to run the wires from the camera into the inside of the car without drilling a hole in the trunk lid.

I ran mine with under the license plate light, with a dab of silicone. A year later, no water migration or issues. Once in the trunk, just follow the wiring out.
