2013 A4 wiper pivot lube maintenance, where and with what

Hi all,

I'm preparing for my 45000 mile service and I feel confident with everything except for the wiper pivot lubrication. I'm mechanically inclined, but I can't find any guidance searching the forums or the web. I can't think its too involved since the factory recommends it every 10000 miles. I've seen the DIY's where they take out the whole wiper linkage, but I was just wanting to do the PM to avoid that situation.

Anybody have an idea? I just want to know where to lube and the recommended lube. Pictures always help. Thanks in advance.

Any Audi techs out there who can guide me? I finished the rest of the 45 K service, just wondering about the wipers.

I don't think this applies to the B8. At least its not in the 2013 Audi maintenance guide that I've seen.

Thanks for the info - so the "lube wiper pivot points" isn't listed on the updated guide? Any chance you could post or scan the operations due at 45 k. I was just going off the info the dealer printed for me for the various maintenance intervals when I bought the car (used off lease). Of course, they were trying to sell me Audicare, so the may have been inflating the services performed at each interval, but the wiper lube was listed at every 10K!
