So I am somewhat new to the B7 world and would just like some advice on wheel figment from those who have tried.

I have some VMR's (19x9.5) from my b8 and was hoping to put them on the B7....I already got the hub rings to grip out the 66.6-57.1 conversion, but now tire size.....what's the best tire size you would suggest to get the best figment with no rubbing? I currently have stock S4 suspension .... thanks! I was thinking 245/35/19 ...thoughts

I run 235/35/19, since that's closest to the rolling diameter of stock size.

I'm sure you could wider to 245s, but then you'll be off miles, speed.

Interesting to note, someone recently posted that these sized tires don't meet the load rating for our heavy S4 and was denied replacement under its tire warranty.

I don't think width is going to change your speedo since it doesn't change your overall diameter. Going from stock 18s with 35 profile to 19s with 35 profile will however change your diameter and your speedo.

I went from 18 BBS to 19 B8 peelers with 255/35/19 and I lowered it on H&R OE and I don't rub except when I have a full car and hit some nasty bump on the freeway, and it was almost not even noticeable. You can almost run anything on stock height, I would just plan ahead if you are going to lower. You have 19x9.5 compared to my 19x9 et43. What's your offset? Theres a website that will let you put in your old wheel specs and your new wheel specs and it will show you a nice picture of how close you will get to your control arm and how far out it will sit and how much it effects your speed.
