They look like a newly released product so probably not but I thought I'd ask anyway...

Not cheap for 2 pieces of plastic and covers but I'm more skeptical about the kind of performance they add? I'd glady purchase however if I am wrong For $25, I'd buy right away and try but at $65 I want a review first

I have the 034 rear diff insert kit which looks similar. It reduced some of the slop felt during WOT and hard gear changes.

Link? Cost? So it was a noticeable difference and worth it?

The ECS ones are $35 less than the 034. Wonder how they compare.

    On mobile, see link below

I got them when they were first released for a decent discount. The change was certainly noticeable, less slop/movement between hard shifts. Whether the price is worth it is up to you. I don't regret buying the 034 kit though.

ECS are polyurethane, the 034's are billet aluminum. They'll both work, but the 034 will have less play and last longer without a change in performance.

Followup question for anyone who's done diff mount changes, are the replacements sold by JHM and NGP compatible with these inserts? or do they eliminate the need for them altogether?

No. These inserts go into the rear carrier mounts for the subframe (there's 2). The link you posted is for the forward mount on the rear differential. You still need all 3.
