    Winter wheels fitting

I picked up some winter wheels with tires from a forum member. They were on his b8.5 s4. I believe they're 18x8 et 47. Will these fit adequately on my 2013 s5? Will I need to get spacers? I'm not particular about the wheels being flush during the winter. I just want to get proper functionality out of them.

You're going to want to run 25mm spacers just to get back to near OEM S5 fit.

Is it safe to do this? I don't mind using spacers, as long as the brakes are cleared and nothing will cause stress on the suspension. It's only for a few months of the year as it is

Yes, completely safe. Once mounted up properly, they're simply an extension of the hub. Brakes will be cleared too.

Just make sure you are using the proper length bolts to account for the extra distance from the hub.

You are correct. You will use your stock bolts for installing the wheel. i have a set I will be putting up for sale in the next day or two. They came off my 2013 S5.
