Need opinions on wheels, suspensions and spacers

Hello everyone, I'm new here so I apologise if I'm in the wrong thread.
I recently got an a4 b8 2010 Quattro and I'm already looking forward to put my first touch on the car!

I want to put on Verde Axis 19"x8.5" on 245/35R19W

I also want to lower the car (because I don't want it to look like a truck) but I'm confused between the H&R 1.2" or the Eibach 1.4" front and 1.2" rear. What should I get? Also I don't want to lower the car too much because I live in Cleveland Ohio and the roads aren't so pretty.. also I was wondering if I'll need to buy a new set of TPMS sensors or I can just use my old ones?

Lastly, will I need spacers? Are they necessary? If so what should I get?

I'm sorry if these questions are newby but I'm new to the Audi world and I can use your help guys!

I saw this car online and I want to lower my car this much.

So I got Verde Axis 19"x8.5" on 245/35R19W what's on my mind right now is that if I got Eibach springs 1.2" will it fit properly? Or I'll have some issues?

depends on the offset, but you should be fine. Anywhere between +35 to +45 will work

You bought the wrong size wheels. If you want it to look like the car in the picture you posted, you will need spacers. The wheels in the picture you posted are the same wheel model, but a different size than you bought. They are 19x9.5 et36 Verde V99 Axis with 255/35/19 tires, lowered on H&R OE springs.

Depending what offset you bought, these are the spacer size you will need:

    19x8.5 et30 - 6.7mm spacers
    19x8.5 et45 - 21.7mm spacers

The above spacers will make the outer edge of the wheel sit at the same location as the wheels in the pic you posted. The wheels you bought will not have the deep concave like the ones in the picture.

    Alright thank you so much!
I forgot to post the offset. The one I got is 30 so I guess I will go with the 6.7mm spacer.
Also do you think I'll have any issues if I installed H&R OE springs? Like rubbing or so.

My main concern is now if I got H&R OE springs will I have any problems? ( on the same size of tires and 6.7mm spacers )

that will fit fine. 8.5" with et30 is good, fronts will be fine, maybe get 5-10mm spacers for the back. leave the fronts alone they will be flush enough.

and go for the HR OE springs, it is a nice drop and you will have no rubbing or fitment issues at all. great drop for a daily driver, i had the same here on rough NYC roads.

but the only thing you should know about that is, if you get springs, you are still on stock non-sport shocks i'd assume, so those may wear after like 2 years or so, so either replace them with some s-line/S4 shocks or any aftermarket sports shocks now, or just be prepared to in about 2 years. the stock shocks will wear quick when used with the lowering spring as they'll have the extra stress on em, not meant to be as low.

Thank you for the help I appreciate it a lot! Specially when you said you live in NYC because I'm in Ohio and we have the same type of roads.. unfortunately.
I think I'll go with the HR OE and a 8mm spacer for the rear wheels. I'll post a picture of how it'll look after I get it installed!
I'll surely change the shocks later but not at the moment.
