Removed Cd changer - now what?

Have a b7 S4 if that matters.
But.

I removed the cd changer from the glove box to use an iPhone cord etc.
now I have a hole there.
Any parts to clean it up?
Any part numbers or kits would be appreciated.

I want it to look like the below picture, who sells it?
Been searching for days, what's it called?

That looks like my pocket. But I'm not sure since the picture is bad. It's not a great fit in the A4 but it will do the job. We use it for VW's.
