I had heavy clouds of smoke coming out I figured it was my Turbo got it replaced and Smoke Stop but started smoking again but a little white smoke with oil coming out. I have all my fluid in my reservoir but can see that I have a mixture of oil with my antifreeze in my reservoir still full no leaking from it I was wondering can a problem comes from the PCV valve because that was the hints I was getting from other people my car started to shake a little and my steering wheel became hard to turn need some information about it please And what problems can a Turbocharger causes on the rest of the car. I go check the car like three days later and the reservoir had less coolant in it and it wasn't running

Are you positive oil is coming out the tail pipe?
Do you need to top if your oil?
If so, how much in a certain allotted time frame (ie half quart every 3 weeks)?
Is coolant mixed with oil in your sump (oil pan of engine)?
What brand turbo was used fr a replacement turbo on your vehicle?
How is the level in our power steering reservoir?
Do you know what fluid was used in your power steering system?

-The oil in coolant most likely has to do with a faulty o-ring gasket on the oil cooler. Not set in stone, but what you would want to look into.
-Hard steering is a power steering issue and is unrelated to the engine, minus turning of the power steering pump with the serpentine belt. Check your level, flush it, and have new fluid swapped in. Check the rack and lines for leaking. Most common area is seals on rack (under boots) and the PS cooler OEM clamps.
I hate it when my car acts like a little bitch, treating me like a bitch
