    Hi All

I recently purchase 2013 allroad and I'm thinking to go stage 1(probably UM). Friend of mine who does tuning suggested I would update couple things before do the tune. He does not do UM or APR, but he did tune my old 2003 allroad with EPL
    Recommendations are
    1. Engine Oil Separator - Valve Cover
    2. GFB BOV

    What do you guys think?

Engine Oil Separator - Valve Cover has a membrane that does bad, but i'm wondering at what millage does it happen. My current one is 06H103495J and the latest part number is 06H103495AE based on my VIN number.

As for BOV. Is it a just good thing to upgrade it.

    Thanks

I believe the PCV update is covered by warranty and because it is an emissions issue may be covered beyond the normal warranty period. Call you dealer with your VIN and have them look it up.

I'm out of warranty and also I don't think PCV is broken. It is more of a preventive measures than fixing.

I currently have 35K miles. When does PCV usually go bad?
