I just removed my 3.0TDI intercooler to install a larger one in preparation for K04. There is some minor wear from rocks, but no leaks.

It was a pain in the ass to ship the stock intercooler. I don't want to deal with this one being slightly bigger.

That, and I prefer local for most used parts so that way the buyer can check it out in person before committing.

As of today I am located in Azusa, CA, but I'm regularly down in Oceanside, CA if that's better for people.

This unit is larger than stock, IIRC its about 8L vs the stocks 6L. A larger intercooler allows for lower intake temps which doesn't necessarily gain your HP, but instead prevents you from losing it to heat soak. I used this inter cooler on APR stage 1 and 2 with no issues.

Nope! That's the beauty of the 3.0TDI Intercooler. It's a direct bolt on replacement, even uses the stock mounts. All you have to do is trim the airguides that surround the intercooler to allow for the larger intercooler. This can be done with scissors.
