I've been looking around for a p-car and so think its wise to get my car sold first so I'm ready to move when the right one comes along.

Price drop to $40,000 - but very willing to entertain any offer just want to move it for more than Carmax will give me if I have to dump it there.

Did a full country autotrader search for like mileage S4s and they ranged from low $40s up to over $50k, so I think price is fair, but as said, willing to talk.

15,000 mile service performed earlier this year based on time rather than mileage. No Audicare because car is a lease and I didnt think I'd hold on to the car long enough to take full advantage of it. Audi says that its pretty painless to complete the paperwork for a sale. We'll figure it out together and will certainly take any hassle into account during the sale.

Car is in excellent shape, no wear on interior, no dings, scratches, dents, or blemishes. Couple small rock chips as expected. One small nick on one wheel along with a small cosmetic mark on tire from a chunk of torn up roadway catching the wheel after '14-'15 winter. Has had the all weather mats in from day 1 which will be included along with completely unused carpet mats. Was only used one winter and saw snow a couple times, got a truck last year and so the car saw no winter weather since.

I have added 40% Huper Optik ceramic tint all around. Wonderful tint, not too dark but great heat rejection.

Car also sits on H&R OE springs. Factory springs will be included.

Currently wears BC Forged wheels and Michelin PSS tires with plenty of tread. These are not included but can be worked into the deal at a discounted price.

Also have 18" Alzor rotor reps with Hankook icecept evo tires. Also can be included in deal.

Both wheels also available separate if anyone interested.

Car has never been tracked or autocrossed. No TD1, no other mods than those stated. Car has been babied and always garaged at home.

HB27 two-piece forged. 19x9 ET40 Matte gunmetal. I specifically had them build this size and offset because it fills out the fenders well but is not close enough to have any chance of rubbing even with a full car. You could probably even run 265s if you want. I also didnt want any kind of "stretched" look that some 255 tires look like on 9.5" rims.

Mich PSS tires, 255/35, have good amount of tread left and never run hard or abused. I can get more detailed photos or measurements of depth if interested.

gonna bump this up and drop the price to $42k. Car now has 14,800 miles.

Have you checked with an Audi dealer to see if they'd be willing to buy the car? When I leased my S5 a few years back, I sold it to the dealer after only having it for 10 months or so. The dealer buyout price was also less than if I were to sell it private party. Something to do with the taxes they said.

Nothing wrong with your price. I only mentioned it because you mentioned dumping the car at carmax. My Audi dealer gave me just shy of the buyout. I only had to come out of pocket a couple hundred dollars.
