Good Morning All:
I wanted to come on and post about an update from a gripe I had about ECS and shipping a week ago. I bought some ECS Tranny inserts and was desperately trying to get them shipped to me to have them for two Saturdays ago as I would have time to install them. Anyway, the shipping got messed up and confused so ultimately I didn't receive them until wed of the following week. Regardless, of the experience, I must say, everyone has a bad day and everyone screws up. What I'd like to point out and what makes a bigger impact on me is how these companies handle it. I'll say I've been utterly and completely impressed with Jason and ECS after my rant. I have to take some ownership and checking my expectations surrounding shipping but the rep had me pretty confused as well. Regardless, I'll say Jason saw my rant and immediately reached out to see if he could assist. He's been outstanding through the whole process and you can tell, really wants to ensure I'm satisfied.
I'll say that as long as people like Jason on this board work at ECS, I'll be a customer. Everyone screws up, even me and even ECS but it speaks volumes how he and ecs have tried to help me and ensure my satisfaction with their company.
