    Doing business with ECS

    Good Morning All:

    I wanted to come on and post about an update from a gripe I had about ECS and shipping a week ago. I bought some ECS Tranny inserts and was desperately trying to get them shipped to me to have them for two Saturdays ago as I would have time to install them. Anyway, the shipping got messed up and confused so ultimately I didn't receive them until wed of the following week. Regardless, of the experience, I must say, everyone has a bad day and everyone screws up. What I'd like to point out and what makes a bigger impact on me is how these companies handle it. I'll say I've been utterly and completely impressed with Jason and ECS after my rant. I have to take some ownership and checking my expectations surrounding shipping but the rep had me pretty confused as well. Regardless, I'll say Jason saw my rant and immediately reached out to see if he could assist. He's been outstanding through the whole process and you can tell, really wants to ensure I'm satisfied.

    I'll say that as long as people like Jason on this board work at ECS, I'll be a customer. Everyone screws up, even me and even ECS but it speaks volumes how he and ecs have tried to help me and ensure my satisfaction with their company.

    I had a product issue with a set of LEDs I bought at ECS last spring and received EXCELLENT customer service as well. Glad to hear they are still doing it the right way!

    Anytime I had a slight issue with something from ECS, sometimes their fault, sometimes the builders fault they took care of it with little gripe. I always tell my friends to buy from them.

    I have only ordered a few things from ECS but I have always thought the entire experience was great when doing business with them.

    I can also echo good experiences in all my dealings with them.

    One time when I ordered pads and rotors, I forgot to get a couple of new rotor screws. Order had already shipped, and when I contacted their generic customer service line, rep said "sorry, but it will cost you like $ 10.00 to ship $ 3.00 worth of screws." Talked directly to Jason and he took care of the shipping no problem.

    Yesterday my order for pads and rotors was supposed to ship, just in time to get here for the weekend when I needed it. Of course it got delayed until dec 2. Mike p walked me through other options for an hour and ensured my new choice would get here way before the weekend. This is the second time I've ordered products with a "ship on or before" status and they were further delayed but the customer service always makes it right.

    been doing business with ECS for probably 11 years now. I always go to them first when I need something. its rare i buy anywhere else unless i find a better price

    +1 for their customer service as well

    Ordered supercharger badges from them a while ago with some other parts. One was missing, the bottom of the box was loosely taped, which i assumed one fell out. Zero hesitation, one was in the mail the next day and arrived quickly.

    Always great when everyone finds a stand up company like this.

    This. I've been ordering from them for must be over 10 years and dozens of orders and there have been issues from time to time, but rarely. They've consistently dealt with them when they have come up in an upstanding fashion. I never hesitate to buy from them, even when they are slightly more expensive. And their newer chat feature is a huge help when you can't find something and the search isn't helping. I've been surprised to find all sorts of wild things I never thought they would even have. And equally surprised that the rep on the other end can even decipher what
    I'm asking for when I don't know what a random part is called.

    I have had good experience with ECS as well. The fact that they are near the east coast so parts get delivered within a couple days via standard ground shipping is an added bonus.
    I really like that it is one-stop shopping for aftermarket and OEM parts alike, with the assurance that it fits the vehicle.

    Jason, you and the others at ECS make the experience. I can get parts anywhere and truth be told, probably find somewhere that has them cheaper, but ultimately, customer service is high on my list and I always try and point out when people go above and beyond. Everyone bitches when something goes wrong (as in this case) but I always try and make a point to give kudos when they're do. Naturally, things are gonna happen. It's just a given. How you and others at ECS always step up makes me a customer for life buddy.

    For anyone at ECS: You need to recognize this young man as a BIG reason why so many of us love working with ECS. Jason's always ready to go above and beyond to help us out. Even times when the blame resides soley on us. ECS needs to give Jason a raise I think.

    Ultimately, just know I appreciate you reaching out and a big 'tip of the hat' to you sir.
