    Child Seat Protector S6

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I have just turned my child forward facing and come to the stark realisation i need to protect the rear of my front seat from his feet however with no seperate head rest the standard kick matts cant attach. I have the diamond stitch seats. Can someone please give me a tip on how they protected their front seats from their kids feet.

Not much you can do other than clean frequently. The kids also step on the hard plastic that stretches from the base of the seats to the actual body (where you see the illuminated S6 door sill).
Ironically, it gets better as the kids get older. I just traded my A8L for an S6. Of course, having had two A8s over the last 8 years, I didn't have to worry about feet on seat backs. Now, my 8 year old is old enough that her legs hang down off the booster seat ad don't tech my seat. The 5 year old's legs are still too short so they point more straight out and touch my wife's passenger seat back.

Can you velcro a kick mat on the seat back?

    Would this work?
I know you don't have separate head rest, but you should still be able to secure this.

    This.

I have a similar kick mat and it works wonders. You can tuck the band into the crease between the back and the cushion... works wonders.

My B6 S4 and B8 S4 survived a kid from birth to about age 7 with zero wear/tear to the back of my front seats. I can't imagine your S6 would fair any worse. The bigger issue is under the car seat. I would focus my efforts there.

i have two rear seat protector matts under the kids seat that cover the bottom and back seat from spills and creases from the child seat
