I just bought a pair of brand new K04 CHRAs from ProjectB5 for $935 delivered, which was about the going rate.
I was looking at rebuild kits, and there were a few vendors that popped up when I googled it.

There is a set of borgwarner k04 chra's on ebay for $820 shipped, dont recommend you do a rebuild yourself unless you have access to a vsr balancing machine

You can get oem borgwarner rebuild kits for like 100 each, also g-pop rebuilt kit seems to be good for like 110 or 120 each. If you are going to rebuild i suggest you disassemble yours first and make sure they are rebuildable. Sometimes bearings hit the housing or spin and little and worn out the inner housing

I have a pair of Chinese CHRAs that I will sell you for $250. They are reported to work fine. I have never tried them. Same CHRA as they use in the frankenturbos.
