3.0TFSI: Any ECU update for CREC engine?

I have noticed threads on the S4/S5 forum about a 'recall' to update the ECU for an issue relating to emissions sensors, and that cars up to 2016 are affected. I have not had any such notice but then unlike the majority of S4/S5s mine has the CREC engine. I know that the CREC engine is fitted to the more recent A6/A7s, so has anyone here with that engine had a recall notice for an ECU update? I am assuming that the CREC engine is not affected but it would be nice to know for sure.
