2017 S7 B&O dash speakers stays up

Occasionally my front dash speakers stays up when I shut down the car. They are supposed to go down but not every time when I shut the car off. Same thing when I start up the car..they dont go up immediately from time to time. I am wondering if this is normal or not? Anyone else with this type of issue?

Also on the exhaust I noticed that only the driver side does crackle when rev on N. At idle it does growls while the right passenger side of the exhaust is quiet. Is this normal? I have sport exhaust on my 7.

The electronic that controls this is the B&O ICE amp.
I know bc mine stopped coming up :-(, and the problem was the amp. #4G0035466
