    Help on Offset - 18x7.5 ET36 OEM S6 on B7 S4

    Hi there,

I was over zealous and grabbed a set of 18 7 Spoke OEM Audi wheels on Craigslist that came off a 2009 S6 without doing any resear. I thought they were 18x8 ET45 (they look just like the B7 2007-2008 OEM rims), but realized they were 18x7.5 ET36. I assume there won't be an issue with the fit (rubber is 235/40r18 same as OEM size). Based on my reading and understanding of offset, it seems the 9mm difference pushes the wheels out further, but with the 7.5 rim width it should be a wash. These are winter wheels on OEM rims so if need be I can flip them easily on Craigslist, but wanted to check. Rubber is getting mounted now, but the light-bulb went off once I looked at the size and realized they size / offset difference.

    Any help is appreciated.
