Newbie questions - how to find out what serivces I have - transfering subscription

I got a used 15 S5.
I created a new audiconnect account and tried to add a new subscription with VIN + SIM #. I was prompted that the subscription is already registered. I believe I would need to call the support line to transfer this account. However, I am not sure if there are active subscriptions that I need/want.

My nav updates with traffic an incidents. So, there must be some cell communication active. Is this included for free as part of nav option?
Otherwise, I am getting "no data connection" errors. e.g. when searching an online destination in the nav.

How does the nav get traffic information in the Audi? Through FM?

My '14 A7 gets traffic updates via Sirius XM, not sure if the '15 S5 is the same setup or not. The nav then incorporates the traffic info from Sirius into the best solution for your route. For the online destinations, etc., you'll probably have to start service for your SIM card (I believe it's AT&T for the '15, but if you call (877) 505-2834 they'll get you set up and give you all the pertinent info) to enable the Google-based content like online destinations. I did not know about the Sirius Xm for traffic info. I was actually going to reply I don't have a Xm subscription. Looks like the subscription from the previous owner is still active.
