1.8T B7 Weird Noise (Video Inside)

Greetings!

I have encountered a really scary-sounding noise from somewhere in the engine bay. It happens when accelerating slowly or reversing. VCDS comes up with no faults and I get no signs of anything going wrong (except for the sound) while driving the car. The car is 1.8T B7 with Multitronic CVT transmission. Do you have any thoughts? What could it be? Anyone faced similar issue?

You might have more luck in the B6 forum. The majority of B7 members here are in the US, we never got the 1.8T in the B7 here.
