Weird issues, difficulty to start uphill and almost stalled while turning

Hi all, I searched and tried reading codes with VCDS but there wasn't any codes or anything similar. Has anyone come across one or both of these issues?

    1. When the car is parked uphill, pretty much 9/10 times I cant start the car. I tried looking behind the engine as I have read some posts about wires touching the firewall causing it, but it was all clear, the fuel pump readings are all right(can supply them if anyone wants to look at them).
    2. When I am turning at low speed, the rpm drop to below idle(850rpm) and felt the car was about to stall, if i hit the gas pedal it will rev up and the car will keep moving all right. I have been told the battery will need to be replaced soon and I have come across posts about bad alternator. Are there methods to test the alternator apart from bringing it to the mechanic?

Any help would be appreciated, these two issues aren't troubling me but it's still better to get it fixed, thanks in advance!

Sounds like a mechanical wiring issues based on the fact that you have this happening when inclined and turning. I would double check battery electrolyte too as this may be low causing an issue when pulling a turn/on a hill.
