Anyone ordering an et 38 needs to be careful, you'll receive an et32 machined to et38, then when you tell them your not happy the customer services will completely ignore your emails and pretend you don't exist!

We are not ignoring him. We gave him return options. There are many forum members who have purchased the Renn Motorsport RS-51 and RS-71 wheels from us as well as the many other brands we offer.

We gave Mr. RyanJohn options on resolving his issue. He was having none of it. No wheels were sent unsafe, he was unhappy with his purchase and we extended his return for over a year (and the offer still stands), no questions asked even with his actions/words. He still, to this day, is not happy with any option that we are bending backwards for. We have been on this forum for over seven years, with just a hand full of negative feedback, which were all resolved except this one.


We will continue to stand by our products and our customer service. No matter what.

The only option you have given me is for me to return at my cost, so...$600 to have wheels that are NOT what I ordered sent to the uk, then $600 to send them back.

The wheels we sent to you were to your PRECISE specs, noted on the purchase order. EVERY wheel is machined by the manufacturer when created. That's how wheels are, and always will be, created (and was pointed out to you by other members). You deem them unsafe, we will NEVER send unsafe wheels. Your point is about safety. The wheels pass regulations for safety. Due to your own personal feelings of safety, we altered our return policy to fit your needs then extended them by over 335 days (rough estimate).

Then you want to send back wheels that you personally do not feel safe running, which is fine, but you want us to pay for the shipping.

If your argument is based on safety, base it on safety. Now your focus is on the bolts we gave you, for free with the purchase, being shorter. If you want to use your stock bolts, that is no problem.

Maybe you are confused on the return. Our offer was for you to pay for the shipping back, since the return reason was not based on defect or damage, and we give you the total purchase amount (which was wheels and original shipping value).
