    S6 interior trim back from Matt @ Ocarbon

    I just got my pieces back the other day from Matt @ Ocarbon and all I can say is the quality is amazing and so was the service. Sure I have heard horror stories here on the forums but I decided to reach out to him and give him some time to do it. I did not bug him. I waited at least a month before I sent out a email to him. He responded quickly to any email I sent him. I think a lot of people here have no patience and expect a quick turn around. The work is top notch and I think it looks much nicer than the OEM carbon in my B8.5 S4. So if anyone has any doubts about using Matt I would say go for it because the work is amazing and give him some time to do the work. Like I said he was prompt on email replays and kept me updated.

    I'm sure he was quick to email cause he's running a dying business. Yeah his work is beautiful but may have the worst service I've ever seen - When you say give him some time how long was your turnaround?

    Maybe he has turned around a new leaf and or got some sort of funding - regardless he has left a sour taste in majorities mouths however I'm glad you came out on top...

    I also had a great experience with OCarbon two years ago. Quick to respond. Product was in-hand in a matter of weeks. Quality is top-notch. I know he ran into some issues on the forum, and I do not know the whole story, but this was just my experience.

    He had all my pieces less then two months. I know doing custom work takes time since I have a metal fabrication shop. I was thinking he was going to have it longer so he exceeded my expectations. Hopefully things have changed for him and everyone gets the same treatment. I have never dealt with him prior so I have had no idea what to expect. It's just like when I ordered my RocEuro intake a few months back I went for it despite the things I have read on the forums and had great service from them and received my intake in less than two weeks from my order with no problems and emails with updates too. Maybe I'm just lucky!!!

    That's good to hear. I'm sure it like anything else. People run into problems, things take longer than expected, etc.. it happens in every type of business. But it's good to hear you had a good experience too! After my experience I would definitely recommend Ocarbon.
