    Wheels are

    2016 S4 Black Optics
    8.5x19 ET43

Using as winter set and hoping to not have to use spacers

    Anyone run that offset?

That's gonna look weird. The wheels are going to be a long distance from the fender.

Wait S4 wheels .... dude u may want to check the weight ratio on those too. Some of these are not built for suvs ...

The best thing to do it spot it on the internet and check it they will take the weight.

    43 Offset on Q5 ?

They should fit without spacers (they actually have a tiny bit more inside clearance than my current setup) but will be pretty far from the fender like @colby7 mentioned. FWIW, the OEM winter setup for the SQ5 is 19x7 ET37 which is even further from the fender than what you're considering.
