something to put on cv boots to make them last a bit longer?

Living is a semi harsh climate I am already starting to see my CV boots (2 years old) starting to slightly crack. Sure they have a warranty, but I would prefer to not change them out. Does anyone here put any type of lubricant or geese on their boots to make them last a bit longer? Obviously sot something that will attract dirt...

You could probably use a rubber conditioner to do that. While many people make products, I personally use Griot's Garage rubber dressing. They also have a rubber and trim dressing spray spray as well.

What brand are the boots? My cars been year round driven in Eastern Canada for 11yrs and last year was the first time I had a CV boot tear. Sounds like yours are dry rotting/cracking? Good advice above but most coatings are going to likely attract dirt, which I personally could care less about, it won't have any detrimental effect.
