Just posted that Dinan is looking for an A5 and S5 if anyone here has one in the bay area. Also heard they are expanding into other Euro stuff as well. besides BMW, they are now starting into Audi for our cars , VW, Mercedes, Mini and others .
interesting development , more options coming it looks like which I suppose is always a good thing

curious as to 'why' Dinan wants into the Audi fold ... aren't their BMW upgrades factory authorized (... "with a factory matching 4 year or 50,000-mile new car warranty" ...), whereas so-called Audi factory 'authorized' tuners (Stasis comes to mind) weren't - despite claims to the contrary?

I don't see Dinan saying they want any Audi's on their website?

(I was wrong, updated below) Fremont, CA I believe is their HQ. It's on their contact section of their site.

Who cares anyway? Dinan upgrades are overpriced and underdelivered.

my guess expansion . They do have a factory matching warranty on the BMW products, don't know if they would offer the same thing for the our cars, perhaps?. nobody else in the space has a warranty like this, if they can pull it off and offer it as well I say great!

only personal opinion, I actually disagree as I have had great luck with their stuff in the past when I had my E46 BMW. they were pricey, but the warranty coverage was sure nice. An "insurance" policy sort a speak. I have kept up on some of the BMW stuff due to friends that have the cars & they have mentioned Dinan's prices have come down quite a bit over the last year or so, much more in line with the competition . many cases lower in fact . Not sure if that would play out here in our space, but atleast worth looking into

Emailed them yesterday and got a quick response. They're interested in my stock '15 S5 and said that someone will contact me with further info. I'm about 70 miles away from their shop in Morgan Hill.

What would I stand to gain from one of their exhaust systems, horsepower wise? What would it sound like compared to stock?

Debating whether to do this or not...

Im sure it would sound MUCH better than stock, performance wise maybe a little gain but I wouldn't expect a lot. I would definitely take advantage of it if you can

It'll probably be just slightly louder with minimal if any performance gain.
