Ziza D3S - who has them and any feedback?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
It has come time to replace my HIDs as I have been getting a bulb out warning since Saturday. Was planning to go with Philips but I know Ziza makes a D3S bulb for our chassis. I bought their interior kit from ECS this past summer and have been very pleased with the performance.

I have only found one other thread on these bulbs for the B7 chassis - anyone have these installed and care to comment on their performance? Trying to stay around $100 for replacements. TIA.

You couldn't pay me to use a Ziza bulb...in ANYTHING.

I used their yellow fogs and replaced them countless times thinking they were cheaper than something like a PIAA. I finally made the switch to a PIAA bulb and haven't looked back. Still working after 2 years.

I've had great experiences with Ziza I only have all the LED interior kits in all my cars, I have the Ziza LED tag lights in the Cayenne, and Vert. I also have there fog lights in all of them. I love Ziza

I like ECS and order stuff from them routinely, but not a fan of Ziza at all.

Had issues with Ziza fogs, switched to PIAA, very happy. Gotta pay to play, and headlights aren't any different.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I can get a pair of Philips D3S bulbs from Pepboys for $140 right now - it will be worth spending the extra $$ long term

Check out HIDconcept or TheRetrofitSource. Both are reliable sources for genuine bulbs but cheaper than in store.

I've been using Morimoto as my HID replacement. Works great, lasts long and go for under $100 for a pair.
