Anyone know if these new FBSW will work with B8.5?

The new steering wheels on the TTS and RS are sick! Was wondering if we they were direct mount up to our cars or would there be wiring issues, and hardware issues? I tried searching but didn't come up with anything on it...

The steering wheel in the new TT/A3s have reverted back to using "single stage" airbags. The B8 uses a dual stage airbag.

In the past, there were complications when trying to put a dual stage airbag into a single-stage car. Being that this is the opposite, and seemingly less complex; it may work perfectly fine, but I'm not sure and wouldn't want to be the one to find out.

So interestingly enough. I messaged that guy that had the wheel for sale on eBay before starting this thread and asked if it would fit my car. He said it would work. So I brought up the case of the airbag and he said that it can come with a dual stage airbag. Is this BS or is it actually possible?

According to eBay this is a 2 stage airbag. But it shows a single stage plug? Is this a new plug? It says it comes with writing...
