Passenger Door Won't Lock

Hello- been having some trouble getting my front passenger door to lock. Every other door works fine but this one just won't work sometimes. Won't lock with the keyfob, won't lock with the interior buttons, won't lock with a key in the door.

Other times it's fine and I get the audible "beep" and I'm on my way.

Any ideas?

Only the driver's side front door has a keyhole...

So, I'm guessing the actuator is failing. I had one fail on my A4, and now another is failing. There are less than 40k miles on the car too.

Damn. Will replacing the door latch assembly as stated above fix that?
