How to take out city lights?

I replaced my DRL with led lights but I also have the led for the city lights. I have tried so many times to take them out and I can't seem to pull them out. Any help please?

I don't know why I thought this but I read the title "How to take out city lights" and assume you crashed into a street light. Good to see I was wrong :D
