Hey guys so im back in an audi with this A6 i just picked up and its been fine and dandy, for the most part....

    Here she is

So it has a few things that need fixing,

Check engine light due to a coolant temp sensor i believe. Edit:(P0117 Engine coolant temperature sensor 1 circuit low input)
Missing left foglight grille, if anyone has one pm
    Key fobs dont work
Valve cover is leakin like a mother
Also something thats slightly scaring me is earlier today when it was completely warmed up i got a flashing red oil pressure light which only stayed on for a short time and then turned off, a few minutes later it happened again. I drove the car a bit tonight and it has not reappeared.
Basically my only question is could that be from the valve cover leak? The oil is clean and not low so im not sure where to start.

Replace the coolant temp sensor. Buy OEM valve cover gaskets. Replace PCV system if it's original. Oil pressure sensor is the culprit likely for the light coming on, replace it.

    Nice car and welcome!

Yep planned on it, also yeah i was doing a little reasearch and it seems like the sensor is just faulty. I drove about 2 hours just now a little hard with the car up to operating oil temps and no oil pressure warning at all.

Also as far as the sensors go does it matter if i go with genuine audi or are the other brands just as good?

Little update: so as i wait for parts the only thing i could really do is program the fobs. So i tried the holding the unlock button thing and that didn't work for either key. Then i did the new key program where you turn a key to the 1 position and exit the car and lock it manually. This worked but once i went to program the second key (using the first key successfully programmed as the ignition) this programmed the second key but the first stops working. Repeating just results in the ignition key "deprogramming" and the other one working. Is there any way i can get both fobs working?

One thing to double-check too, just in case, is below the battery, beneath the tray, is where the grounding bars are located. My brother's allroad starting failing sensors one after another because of bad ground, so it's always wise to double-check it in case, and you can clean out any debris/unclog it if it is.
