my loss will be someone's gain...getting a company car from work and doesn't make sense to have 3 cars---with 2 kids we have to keep the family cruiser so i have to let the S3 go to a good home. attached is a link to my swapalease listing. Please note that i resolved the suspension clunk issue from my other thread with the ECS heavy duty kit---so its good to go and a remarkable car. I will ship or drive it to wherever its new caretaker will be (at buyer's cost or another arrangement. Thanks for looking!

I would highly discourage you from a lease swap. AFS is one of the leasing companies that don't release the original lessee from any liability. You will be on the hook if the new lessee fails to pay etc.

It's definitely a calculated risk. Audi does a good job of vetting the potential buyer---credit, etc and I'll attempt to vet as well, but I do agree---but sometimes circumstances dictate. Worst case scenario (or maybe best case) is that no one will be interested and I'll be "forced" to keep it as a toy for 22 more months!

It's a set of 17" dunlop winter max and anthracite MSW wheels from tire rack. Nothing fancy but held up well last winter. Really good tires.

As long as you return to stock upon turn in. Just keep the parts

Good to know that AFS does not release liability. I was planning on swapping my lease for an RS3, but I'll probably instead just sell the car and pay off the lease.

Have you considered doing that as well? Staying liable for someone else's payments sounds like a horrible idea.

I'll try to sell as well--figured I'd give this a shot too.
