    electrical short

    i was messing around with my a4 b6 wiring the rear fogs and looks like i messed it up somewhere the car won't start and nothing works lights,radio, climate control. i checked fuses any other advice my windows are down and i can't roll them up need help quick.

    Did you forget to connect the battery or something? I can't imagine any mangling by the taillight would make EVERYTHING go dead.

    If you were mangling by the drivers knee / fuse/ relay panel and there was a big shower of sparks you might have popped the 150A fuse (@ the + battery post), but I think you'd notice that. Guess the big fuse could have been mechanically damaged if you too the battery off it.

    i forgot to disconnect the battery so it was connected that whole time

    i figured it out disconnect that piece and reconnected it and everything works again weird
