Audi Oil Consumption Issue Nightmare. Class Action Lawsuit.. They refuse to help!

I have a 2011 Audi Q5 which appears to have the famous OIL Consumption issue! Audi has done the 2 part test but in between the tests I didn't know about not filling up oil and I did add a little as they gave no information what the oil test is about or the process or not to fill anything up. First, they refused to help me with this and claimed my car had 96,000 miles in their system (Audi Lawsuit is 8 years/80,000 miles for this class action lawsuit). I asked for them to change me in their system 4 times but as of today am still marked down for 96,000 miles when my car has 35,000 miles ONLY! So they wanted to eliminate me quickly from their scope of work. I did my research behind it and found out about the 80,000 warranty for oil consumption. I brought this to Audi's attention and from there the problems began. I called in for service, they avoided me for 7 hours, i called back every 2 hours to check in.. no call back from service manager as promised and he went home.

I contacted Audi Corporate office to get some assistance with this odd case.. they appointed someone to help me no matter what in this terrible service I have been going through. He asked me to take the car in as soon as the light came back on again. I took the car in today 10/20/16 to Audi of Tysons Corners. Worst experience of my life. JEFF who is an idiot and snotty POS, kept smiling at me and telling me there was nothing he was going to do to help me. He asked for my keys to move me OUT of the service area to take on other customers. After calling the Corporate guy 16 times and 3 voicemails.. I came to realize he disappeared on me and avoiding me also now. Got another person involved and they asked me to go to a different dealership. I called Audi of Chantilly and they said sorry your car has 95,000 miles in our system! WOW. Have proven to them 4 times my car is 35,000 miles and they have performed work 3 times on my car and input the miles on the sheet correctly for me to see, but in their system im @ 95,000. SUCH LIARS AND CHEATERS!

My question is = does anyone have any real suggestions as to where to start and how to go about fixing this issue and getting Audi to actually continue working on my car PER class action lawsuit, what they are avoiding doing is the Pistons and Rings replacement which I understand is expensive but too bad (And the dealership still gets credited for the work). You need to stand behind your product!! Its horrible that they would spread incorrect information and say that the newer cars have issues with oil consumption and its OK and also with the cars KICKING BACK during automatic gear switching (JERKING), They said just keep extra oil in your car at all times in case you run out.. LOL!! Not a Honda, not a Nissan, not a Toyota has these stupid defects so you really should stand behind your high class cars and not deceive customers.

After being an Audi driver for 10+ years and owning 3 Audi's.... I have to say it may be time to move on. This is by far the worst experience ever, and they are not complying with the law/class action lawsuit. Horrible company now..

If you have any input or tips on what to do or not do during and after the oil consumption tests please let me know. I really need to get this resolved, I cant fill up oil every time I fill up gas..

First I would collect all paper work and find out who / where the fat finger f up happened then ask some one reasonable how did I put 60,000 miles on my car in a month? That would be 6000 miles a day duh (to them) make them change it.
