Having a transactional issue with him. I purchased a set of coil overs from him 2 weeks ago and I have yet to get a tracking number. He hasn't been the most responsive person in the world. At first he told me they still needed to be removed from car (which he didn't state prior to sale) then another week passed and he said he was having trouble removing them and now today he finally has them off but apparently shipping cost more than he thought and now has to wait until he gets paid on friday. I feel like I am getting the run around, as I have literally pulled coil overs off in an afternoon and shipped two sets for under $70 each, which is a cost that should have already been factored with the payment I sent. I was incredibly patient and understanding at first but today he became completely unresponsive so I chose to open a paypal claim but I am wondering if anyone else chime in about an experience with him.

he is non-responsive even after opening a paypal claim yesterday but has decided to post a for sale ad in the a6 classifieds this morning.

Yes i payed $160 to send the coilovers to him, sent him a text the day i was shipping them, he ignored me then got the money back from paypal. Now hes claiming he doesnt have my coilovers and my tracking info days it was delivered and received. So now paypal is charging me $1175, matt has my coilovers and i wasted $160 shipping to him

did you get sufficiant insurance for the coilovers when you shipped them? or a signiture request? just something to cover you considering it sounds like if they did drop them off to his house most of the time they don't see anyone and just drop and go (we had it with a tv from best buy just over a month ago)

For the amount they are worth hopefully you took some sort of security rather than just drop/pay and go?

In his defence he did ask for a tracking number a few times and you didn't give him no notice that they was going to be sent to him which sounds like it resulted in him being away and the parcel going awol.

Hope you two get it sorted one way or the other.

Just an update

Over half a year later, and i never received anything. The paypal claim closed in my favor and luckily I was fully refunded because he decided to stop responding altogether and he did not reply to paypal because he never shipped the coilovers and had no tracking number to provide.

Ups was payed to pack the box. You didnt recieve them like that. Post the actual box you recieved. Cause i had ups put it in a new box so stop trying to make it seem like i sent you an empty box. I sent you those pics so you could see that it was being shipped off. Maybe it would have costed $70 or cheaper as you claimed if i shipped them with no padding. But i chose to wait cause you wouldve gone on a rant about poor shipping material.that pic was literally after they gave me the reciept and i sent u a text saying they are with ups and you continued to rant. So you had notice before they were delivered. Then act like you never got them but your rocking them on your car

cliff notes for anyone new to this issue:

-I paid s4 orgy last October for new coilovers
-Only after I paid him did he tell me they were still on the car and they would not be shipped until a week later even though he he implied otherwise
-Then a series of bullshit excuses about shipping (i.e. time/unable to remove from car etc)
-Then more time passes (a couple of weeks) and still no shipping
-Then he goes MIA (while still posting on AZ, including for sale ads)
-Then I open a paypal claim after a couple more weeks
-Then I start this thread
-He never replies to paypal or sends me a tracking number
-Paypal claim is closed in my favor in November (one entire month later)
-He criess wolf and claims to have shipped them (even provides a bogus tracking number that led no where)
-I have still never received anything to this day
-He reappears on my for sale posts to try and deter my sales
-I rehost all text messages to remind everyone what a fucking scumbag he is

I stopped responding because i told you the issue before hand. And i didnt have time to constantly go back and forth with u. Nobody was trying to scam u in the first place. I couldnt tow it to a shop because i had broken lug nuts in my axles at the time. Its obvious as day my coilovers are on your A4.

As much as I am disinclined to believe S4orgy about this, matt you could clear this up pretty easily by posting a pic of the coils you have on your car. If they aren't KW V3's then we know you were the one getting scammed. If they are... well that makes things a bit more dicey

LOL it is silly that after reading this entire thread you would think I needed to post anymore proof. However ask and ye shall receive.

P.S. I am sponsored by function and form coilovers. Before this I was on Stasis street sport and Function and form made a removal and install video of the two, so please, give them a call and confirm. Been riding on them since and attending various shows for them as a booth car.
