AWE down pipe - very happy

I have a 2016 A4 with the comp plus package and have never been happy about the tock exhaust note. My first move was to purchase an AWE single side exhaust and after installing it, I was a bit disappointed. From outside the car, it sounded better, but still not a great exhaust note in the car. Our BMW X5 has a great stock sound and my Audi still sounded like an economy car! Yesterday I installed the AWE down pipe to go with the rest of the AWE exhaust and it's much better. Still could be a touch louder in the car but outside is perfect. In total, I am happy with the product.

Good deal... It'll be even slightly louder once you go with a HFC!...

I've had my AWE single outlet on each side for roughly 6 months. It has gotten louder and throatier since original install. Even before the 034 Hi flow cat and K04 it was great. Now it's almost evil. Not in a bad way.

Prior I had the stasis system. Stasis was deep/bassier. AWE is more aggressive and sounds more powerful.

Good deal. I just picked up the CTS Turbo downpipe and my car finally sounds how I wanted it to. Previously I had the 034 HFC and the AWE single side exhaust and thought it was still awfully quiet. What a difference the downpipe made..not just by giving me the right sound but I can tell a performance difference as well. No longer does it lag while shifting between 1st and 2nd (6mt) or any other gears for that matter.
