Unhappy Oil in N75 and wastegate line

OK so today I decided to put my manual boost controller in because it seemed my car was not building boost till way late so i thought either its the N75 or a boost leak, so i thought before i do a boost leak test i would try my manual boost controller (ball and spring) to see if it was the N75 causing the slow build in boost. So i got under the car and unscrewed the hose clamp off of the wastegate and as soon as i pulled the line off oil came out of the line, like alot, i would say the entire hose was filled with oil (not a very long hose). In order for oil to get all the way to the wastegate it would have to go through the N75 so the inside of the N75 was covered in oil as well. {QUESTION 1} what does this mean and why was the hose filled with oil??? So i drove the car with the MBC installed instead of the N75 (just left the N75 plugged in but just dangling with no hose connections) and my slow building boost problem was gone so... {QUESTION 2} is my N75 bad because of the oil that went through it and because its slow to build boost???

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

The whole intake tract is coated in some oil, combination of pcv and turbo seals leaking a bit. I wouldn't worry too much, but probably something worth cleaning once every few years.

I think it might be worse when the pcv system is shit, as they tend to get. Might be worth revamping you haven't.

Drain it out. You might consider installing a provent 200. It sounds like you have an awful lot of recirculating oil from your PCV system. The question is why, bad rings?

so do you think my N75 is shot from the oil? Is that why the boost came on so slow?
